Cancellations made by participants under six months in advance are charged $400 for processing and preparation fees. If any cancellations need to be made by the Water Calming Institute, participants will receive a full refund. Fee does not include travel, lodging, ground transportation, or meals. These arrangements are made individually by the participant.
